=Character History=
Almost from the moment he was born in 1917, Albert Zerstoiten knew he was better than any other human on the planet. For a while he thought the German government would recognize his superior intelligence, but in the midst of World War II, he realized that even they were inferior to him and were destined to fail. He defected for his own protection.

After helping develop the next generation of atomic weapons for the Cold War, he retreated from civilization to South America, where he built his empire based on weapons of mass destruction. His clients, criminal masterminds and warlords, only knew him as a shadowy "Doctor Destroyer". But even this was just a stepping-stone to his ultimate goals.
