Maiden Justice is a character in the now-defunct City of Heroes MMO. She is the sister of Stefan Richter, aka Lord Recluse, the wife of Marcus Cole, aka Statesman, the mother of Alexis Cole, aka Miss Liberty, and the grandmother of Jessica "Megan" Duncan, aka Ms. Liberty.
