Julie Morgan is a reporter in Millennium City in the world of Champions Online.
Character History
Julie got her start as a plucky reporter for the Millennium City Free Press newspaper. She initially covered human interest stories, but took a chance and started to follow the activities of Millennium City's mysterious vigilante hero Nighthawk. Almost overnight she became a city reporter providing exclusive stories of Nighthawk's activities, and sometimes finding herself in danger because of them.
With the encouragement of her boyfriend, computer programmer Mark Whitaker, Julie accepted a position with WCOC TV as an on-the-scene reporter. The change allowed her to cover key stories but without being put directly in danger herself.
(Note: Julie does not know that Whitaker is really Nighthawk.)
