Alicia Blackmun is the owner and proprietor of the Magic Lantern Bookstore in Millennium City. She also is the caretaker of the Mystic Foundry, a secretive place where mystics hone their skills.
Alicia is a close friend of Witchcraft, and the Champion hero will often be seen in the mystical garden between the Bookstore and Foundry.
